Marmalade Cookies

250 grams flour
1/2 tsp Baking powder
75 grams sugar
150 grams butter cold from freezer cubes
Jam gor filling
Icing sugar for decoration

Make a dough
Roll it put it in freezer. Cut it with cutter.
Make design as thumb print.

Bake 180C or 360F for 10 minutes. Should be light brown

Cool it. Apply jam
