Quick and Easy Oatmeal Cookies 5 🌟

  • QUICK EASY COOKIES - Oatmeal, Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chip Cookies. 
    • Cream together
      • 1/2 cup sugar
      • 1 cup brown sugar
      • 1 cup peanut butter
      • 3/4 tsp salt
      • 2 eggs
      • 1 tsp vanilla
      • 1 tsp soda
    • Add
      • 1 cup oats
      • 1-2 cup chocolate chips to preference

              Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes

 

For those cookies...no waiting for butter to soften to room temp means you will have cookies in your hands in 20 minutes.

pineapple 🍍 Fried rice

Pineapple Fried Rice Recipe 🍍🍚 🤤💛⁣
INGREDIENTS⁣
10 oz peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp⁣
1 tsp soy sauce plus 2 tbsp soy sauce⁣
1/4 tsp white pepper, divided half⁣
1 tbsp fish sauce⁣
1 tbsp oyster sauce⁣
1 tbsp palm sugar or honey⁣
1/2 tsp curry powder⁣
1 pineapple (you will need 1 cup pineapple for fried rice)⁣
5 tbsp cooking oil ⁣
3 eggs, beaten with pinch of salt & white pepper⁣
5 cloves garlic, chopped⁣
1/2 tsp chopped ginger⁣
2 to 3 Thai chili, chopped (optional)⁣
2 oz diced carrot and green bean or frozen veggie⁣
1/4 cup raw cashews⁣
4 cups cooked and cold jasmine rice⁣
1 to 2 green onions, chopped⁣
INSTRUCTIONS⁣
Combine shrimp, 1 tsp soy sauce and 1/8 tsp white pepper in a medium mixing bowl and let it marinate while prepping other ingredients.⁣
Combine remaining white pepper, 2 tbsp soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, palm sugar and curry powder in a small mixing bowl. Set aside.⁣
Cut pineapple in half, lengthwise, leaving stem intact. Give slits around perimeters. Score flesh of pineapple without cutting through skin. Scoop chunks out with a spoon and reserve 1 cup (6 oz) of pineapple and cut them into smaller chunks. ⁣
Heat a large skillet or a wok over high heat and add 1 tbsp cooking oil. Pour beaten eggs into smoking hot wok and scramble the egg to cook evenly.  Remove egg from wok and set aside.⁣
Heat now-empty-wok over high heat, add 1 tbsp oil and marinated shrimp. Sear and cook shrimp 3/4 way. Remove shrimp from wok & set aside. ⁣
Heat now-empty-wok over high heat, add 3 tbsp oil, garlic, ginger & Thai chili. Stir fry until you can smell aroma. Add diced carrot, green beans & cashews. Stir fry then add rice and sauce mixture. Stir fry everything together until every single grain of rice is coated with sauce.⁣
Add reserved pineapple chunks & mix together. Add shrimp, egg & green onions. Break down egg into rice and keep stir fry until shrimp is fully cooked and reheated again. Transfer pineapple fried rice into pineapple bowl and garnish with chopped cilantro.

Usually no Fresh juices are added in this halwa .NO Artificial Colour n flavors added.

🏵 Recipe..

1/2 Cup Cornflour 
1 1/2 Cup Fresh orange juice 
1 Cup Sugar 
1 Cup water 
1 Tsp lemon juice 
3 Tbsp Ghee 
1 /2 Tsp illachi powder 
Chopped pistachio n almonds .

In a bowl mix Cornflour n Orange juice.  Keep aside .
In non stick pan. Add sugar n water . Bring to boil . Dissolve sugar completely. 
Add lemon juice .
Now add Cornflour n juice mixture in it slowly n mix well continuously ( Remember to mix Cornflour mixture..before pouring..as Cornflour settles down ) 
Continuously mix .until it thicknes .add 1 tbsp ghee .mix . Add again 1 tbsp ghee ..mix well . Add 1 tbsp ghee n mix well .
Until it forms a lump .
Add thinly sliced dry fruits n illachi powder. 
( save few for Toppings)
Grease tin or thali .
Pour this halwa n spread evenly.  Sprinkle remaining dry fruits.  Cover n let it cool Completely. 
At least 2 /3 hours .
Loose sides n cut .
Ready to eat ..

Kindly Note ..sugar according to your taste n depends on orange sweetness .

Chicken Corn Soup Sheni receipe 5 stars

Ingredients 
Boneless chicken 4 oz cut small
Chicken stock low sodium   6 cups
2 eggs beaten
1 can cream of corn
1 cube chicken cube optional
1 tsp Chinese salt
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp salt level
Corn starch 4 tbsp full plus water to make a paste
Garnishing 
Boiled eggs chopped 3 to 4 nos
Chopped green onion
Soya sauce
White vinegar socked green chillies 
Tobacco sauce optional for extra kick.
