Belgian Waffles

1 packet dessolve in 3 cups of warm milk
2 stick melted butter
1/2cup sugar
3 eggs yolks
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
4 cups flour

Mix everything together cover and let it rise fir 1 1/2 hours.
Now beat egg whites until stiff then fold into the batter .

Cook in a waffle iron until crisp.
