Caramel Nut Tarts

1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup butter softened
2 tb.sp sugar
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Make a dough.  Make round balls out of dough. Press in miniature tart tray.

Make Filling

3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 tb.sp margarine
2/3 cup toasted pecans chopped
Mix everything in bowl with help od spoon,  scoop on top of shells.

Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
