Green chutney

My version of green chilli is

5,6 no. Of green chillis. Small one
1 cup cilantro
1 cup mint leaves
1/2 cup of tamarind plup thick
1 tea spn full cumin
6,7 no. Garlic
Salt
Try to bland it without water
I mean quit thick
After blending add a lemon juice
Lemon juice retain beautiful green color.

If want to use with BBQ add little jaggery  while blending
