Phase 2 Almond Thumbprint Cookies by Leanne Brannigan

Almond Thumbprint Cookies

1 1/4 cup Almond flour
1/3 cup flax meal
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp half salt
1/4 cup Splenda
1 tsp cinamon powder
3 tb.sp egg whites ( 2 large)
1 tb sp oil
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
Allowed jam to fill cookies. ( or NSA Chocolate or PB2)

Combine dry ingredients.  In seperate bowl whisk egg whites with the rest of the wet ingredients  except the jam  
Pour wet into dry and mix until well combined.
With wet hands roll into 12 balls ( approx 1 tbsp each) .  Press down centre of each to create indent. Bake 12 mins at 350F or 180C .  Let cool completely and fill wells with jam (or melted allowed choc chips or PB). Place in air tight container.  Can be stored for 4 days.

Review:
They were yummy and moist and got softer as stored. Do not overcook or I can see that they would become dry. Some non pooners enjoy them as well and wanted to modify them further to make a breakfast type bar.

2ND RECIPE


Phase 1 Leann's Chocolava Cookies

1 cup lupin flour
1/3 cup oat fiber
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cup Xylitol
1 tsp Baking powder
1/4 cup bevel olive oil
3 egg whites lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla

Powdered Xylitol or dipping ( I used bullet grinding blade to make powder)

Preheat oven to 400F


In a large bowl combine flour, fiber, sugar,  cocoa,  baking powder.  Stir in margarine until well combined and crumbly.  Add egg whites and vanilla and stir yntil dough comes  together.  Roll into approx 1 inch across.  Put about 20 on a cookie sheet and press down lightly with a fork.   Bake approx 12 mins.  Let cool slightly and then dip top in powdered Xylitol  when still slightly warm.  Repeat with other batch.

3rd Recipe

HAZELNUT  CHEESECAKE  BITES


1 package low  fat cream cheese
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tb.sp Splenda
1 tb.sp sugar free hazelnut syrup
1/4 cup ground hazelnuts

Mix all ingredients  except nuts.  Roll into 16 balls. ( I actually prefer them a bit smaller. But calculated nutrition based on 16 ). Roll in ground nuts.  Chill and serve

3.6 g fats
1.9 g sat fats

4th Recipe

Raspberry Scones with raspberry glazed

1 egg
1 1/2 cup egg whites
3/4 cup Almond meal
1/3 cup Xylitol  or erythritol
1/4 cup oat fibre
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup fresh raspberries

Beat eggs and whites until frothy.  Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well to create a batter.  Gently fold in the respberries.   Spoon onto parchment  paper into 6 evenly spaced scones.
Bake at 375F for 15 minutes until lightly browned.
While cooling prepare glaze.

2 tbsp Xylitol  or  erythritol
1 tsp  becel margarine
1 tbsp Almond milk
About 5 raspberries

Put all in small saucepan over medium heat and mash raspberries  into the rest. Continue stirring and bring to a boil and stir until all is liquefied.   When scones are cooled.  Drizzle glazed over then continue to cool.

Review:
These are delicious.  The tartness of the berries with the sweetness of the glaze made it seems like it should not be allowed. only 2.5  net carbs.
Carbquick could probably be substituted for some or all of the  almond meal. I may try it with about 1/4 cup of flax next time

Dahi Bara Sheni special

Maash daal 1 cup soak for 2 hours to 4 hours
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp green chillies

Grind everything to a fine paste

Shallow fry in oil.

Soak in water.  Dip in salted or sweet yogurt
Sprinkle crushed red chilli ,red chilli powder  chopped fresh Corriander and green chillies.  Or chaat masala

Serve with emli chutney, chopped onion, boiled chick peas,  boiled potatoes.  Chopped Corriander leaves and green chillies.

Khawsa Curry Family Recipe 5 🌟

1/2 boneless chicken Julian cut
1 cup oil
1 tsp Ajino moto
1/2 tsp Chinese salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
3 medium tomato purree
1/2 cup fried onions
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

Blend fried onion , tomatoes and ginger garlic paste . Purree it.

In hot oil add this purree. Cook until oil seperates.  Now add Ajino moto, red chilli powder,  Chinese salt. Mix it well  Now add chicken and cook on low flame until chicken is done.  If needed add very little water.

Curry
Very little oil
1 medium chopped onion
2 cloves garlic chopped or crushed fresh
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Ajino moto
1 tsp salt
1 cup coconut milk powder add in 2 cups of boiled water
3 tb.sp full of basin atta in 1/2 cup of normal water
1 litre extra water.

In oil saute chopped onion and crushed garlic saute for 1 minute.
Add turmeric,  Ajino moto and salt saute for few seconds.  Add 1 litre water.   Once water starts boiling add  basin atta paste and keep stirring.  Cook for 15 minutes.
Now add coconut milk . Lower the flame and cook for 20 minutes.  Curry is ready.

Dehli Sekh Kebab Family Recipe 5 🌟

1/2 kg minced meat
1 tsp crushed Corriander
1 tsp crushed  chilli powder
1 tsp chopped green chillies
1 tbsp green chopped coriander
1 tbsp fresh chopped Mint
1 tbsp Red chilli powder
2 tbsp Corriander powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Garam Masala powder
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp papaya paste with skin
2 tb.sp chopped onion
2 tb.sp roasted basin atta
1/4 jyfal and javetri powder

Marinate meat with all of the above ingredients for atleast 2 hours.

In hot oil add marinated meat. Cook on very low heat.  Until meat  is done.

Serve with Chapatti and emli chutney

Mix Vegetable so good Family recipe

4 cubesTurnips (Shuljum )
6 carrots round cut
2 potatoes cubes
1 cup green peas
1/2 medium chop cauliflower
2 medium chopped onion
2 chopped tomatoes
4 cut in half green chillies
Garam nasal powder sprinkle on top at the time of serving.

Saute onion in oil.  Add tomatoes,  add turnips cook for 1 minute ,add carrots cook for 3 minutes.  Add cauliflower,  green peas, potatoes and salt. Let it cook till tender.

At the time of serving. Sprinkle special  garam masala on top.

Special Garam Masala powder
10 dry red chillies
1 tbsp meethi daana
1 tbsp white cumin
1 tsp Whole Corriander optional

Grind it . Keep in airtight container.  And use it on vegetable only.

Daal Maash Family Recipe 5 🌟

1 cup Maash daal
4 whole round dry red chillies
1 tsp ginger chopped fresh
Salt to taste
Oil very little
2 fresh green chillies
2tb.sp fried onion

Soak daal for 2 hours
In oil add dry red chillies, chopped ginger and cut Green chillies in two. Add that.  Once nice aroma  comes add soaked daal with its water. Add salt. Cook on low uncovered until daal is done.

Once daal us done.  No more water and oil seperates.  Add fried onion. Cook for 2 more minutes and serve with Chapatti

Bihari kebab Family Recipe

1 kg Beef pasandey
250 grams onion brown it
1 tbsp Ginger paste
1/2 cup Yogurt
1/2 cup mustard oil (sursoon ka oil)
3 cloves
1 tsp Black pepper
5 green cardamom
2 black cardimom
1 tsp white zeera
1 stick cinamon
1.5 tbsp raw papaya with skin paste
2 tb.sp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp jyfal powder
1/4 tsp javetri powder
Salt to taste
6 tbsp vinegar

In cooking oil fry onion till golden brown.  Remove and keep a side.
Grind all whole garam masala in grinder. Make powder.
On meat apply grinded garam masala,  papaya paste, fried onion, ginger paste, mustard oil, and yogurt. Keep in fridge for over night must.

Next day bbq it.
Apply coal dhunwa
Serve with paratha and emli ki chutney
Emli ki chutney
1/2 cup emli soak in water for 20 mins
1 cup hot water
1tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp mango powder
1 tsp chaat masala  optional

Mutton Stew Family 5 🌟

1.5 Kg mutton
1 cup Yogurt 250 grams
1 tsp salt
6 to 7 sliced onion
5 round dry red chillies
5 whole black pepper
5 whole cloves
1 black cardimom
3 Green Cardamoms
2 bay leaf
5 tsp Whole Corriander
6 to 8 chopped garlic cloves
1 small chopped ginger
3 to 4 medium tomatoes
1 cup oil

Mix everything together in a vessel   cook on low until meat is done.  Do not add water.

Or you can cook in cooker.

Serve with Chapatti

Leg of Lamb

Poke the leg of lamb very deep   then marinate in

3/4 cup lemon juice
2 tb sp  half salt
2 tb.sp paprika powder

Keep in fridge for 3 to 4 hours or overnight is best.

Now mix all of these ingredients together and apply on lamb leg. 

Cook on roasting tray for 3.5 hours at 350F or 180C to 400F

All ingredients
2 tbsp garlic paste
2 tb.sp  ginger paste
1 tbsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
1 tsp Black salt
1 tbsp zeera powder
1/2 tb.sp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp tb tbsp jyfal & javetri powder
2 tbsp onion powder
1 tb.sp Oil
1 tsp salt

Pakora Curry Family Recipe So Good

1/2cup beaten yogurt
3 tb.sp full chickpeas flour
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp green chilli paste
1 tsp half salt
In pot Mix everything together.
Add water half full .
Use wooden spoon. Keep stirring until boils. Lower the flame,  keep stirring. 
Cook for 1 hour. Do not cover , stir occasionally.

Baghar

3 dry round or long red chilli
1 tsp white zeera
5-6 Curry leaves
1 spoon cooking oil

Pakora's

1 cup chick peas powder
1 medium onion sliced
1/2 tsp zeera powder
1/2 tsp Corriander powder
1 tsp ginger chopped or paste
2 tb.sp Corriander  chopped
1 tsp chopped green chillies
1/4 tsp turmeric  powder
1/2 red chilli flakes
2 tb.sp mango powder
2 pinch baking powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp half salt

Make thick batter with water . Deep try in hot oil.

Chicken Curry Masala powder

1 tsp half salt
1 tsp red chilli powder  spicy
1 tsp paprika powder
2 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp Garam Masala powder
1/4 tsp jyfal powder
1/4 tsp jawetri powder

Mix everything together.  Store in airtight container.

Chicken curry
1/2 kg chicken cubes bone in
2 tb.sp chicken powder
1 ginger cube
1 garlic
3 tomatoes paste
2 tbsp fried onion or 3 med onion paste
4 full cooking spoon oil.

Sambharo

1.5 cup shredded cabbage
1 large Julian cut carrot
8-10 pcs green chillies
3 tb sp oil
1.5 tsp mustard seeds. (Rai)
1 tsp half salt
1 pinch hing
1.5 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
6-8 curry leaves

In cabbage and carrot add salt and turmeric powder . Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes squeeze cabbage and remove all excess water out.

In pan add oil hest up the oil.
Now add mustard seeds , hing,  curry leaves,  green chillies and saute for 1 minutes.

Add carrot and cabbage .  Cook for 5 -10 minutes.

Serve with Chapatti, roti.

(Choley) eat with Halwa Puri

1 cup boiled chick peas
3 boiled potatoes. Cut 2 into small cubes and mash one
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
5 nos whole black pepper
1/4 tsp half salt
1 pinch kaloonji  (onion seeds)
1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp Corriander powder
2 tb.sp Oil
1 cup water

In pot add all if the above ingredients.  Cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.

Now add
1/4 tsp onion seeds
1 pinch soda
1/2 tsp mixed pickle

Cook for 2 minutes.  Choley is ready to Serve with roti.

Karela Ghost

1 kg mutton
5 to 6 Karela
7 to 8 sliced onions
1 chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste as karela will be salty
Oil 1/4 cup

First cook meat as usual like normal curry.
Cut karela,  remove skin and seeds. Cut in round sliced . Add salt and keep aside. Let all water from karela comes out and karela will shrink. This means karela is ready. Squeeze out as such as bitter juice from it. Now karela is ready to cook

In oil saute onion add chopped tomato karela heldi red chilli powder and salt if needed. Mix everything  cook on low flame for 15 to 20 minutes.

Now add cooked meat curry in karela masala. Cook for 2 mins.

Karela Ghost is ready to serve with Naan or roti.

Bombay Biryani

Ingredients
2 kg chicken cubes bone in
300 grams chopped tomatoes

600 grams Potatoes remove skin cut in cube
In oil add sliced onion . Fry until golden brown.  Remove and keep a side.
600 grams onion sliced

Ingredients for marinating
Marinate chicken in these ingredients for 30 minutes.

3 tb.sp ginger paste
2.5  tb.sp garlic paste
5 tb.sp lemon juice
300 grams yogurt beaten
2 tb.sp red chilli powder
2 tbsp Corriander powder
1/2 tb turmeric powder
1 tsp salt for chicken or to taste.
2 tbsp Garam Masala powder
1/2 tbsp jyfal powder
1/2 tb.sp  javetri powder
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tbsp whole black pepper
4 Black cardimom whole
12 Dried plumps

In onion oil add potatoes and fry for 5 minutes.  Remove keep aside
Add marinated chicken whole garam masala.  Half of tge onion and chopped tomatoes and cook on high. Do not add water.
After 5 minutes cover and cook on 1/3rd flame till chicken is done  now remove oil from chicken and save it on side.

Spices for rice
Soak rice for 45 minutes . Then cook like normal Bhagat rice or boiled it with  all of the bottom ingredients.  Your choice

2 kg rice
5 black cardamoms
1 tb sp white zeera
2 of 2 inches cinnamon stick
1/4 TBSP Cloves
1/4 tbsp Black pepper
6 to 8 small green chillies
4 Anise seed
Salt to taste

DUM
1 TSP food color mix with 5 tb.sp  kewda water
1 cup hot milk seperate

For Layers

4 -6 green chillies
1 bunch chop mint
1 bunch chopped Corriander
1 cup warm milk

How to LAYERS

1st layer Rice
2nd chicken masala and potatoes
3rd chopped Mint,  Corriander,  fried onion
4th rice again,  fried onion food color mix with kewdra.

And pour hot milk on top of rice.

Cover and cook on low for 5 minutes

Bombay Biryani is ready

You can make with Mutton,beef or lamb too.

Enjoy with rata and kachumbar

Parmesan Sauce Extravaganza 6 serving

Does not count as snack.  At the limit of sodium.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup chicken Stock
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast (bulk Barn in spice section )
1/2 cup club house parmesan and herb seasoning
4 tsp onion powder
2 tsp minced garlic

Mix in microwavable bowl and heat for 2 minutes to blend flavours.  Pour in 3 containers with 2 servings each.

Freeze sauce container
This sauce can be served on plain or fried cauliflower rice,but my favorite is to fry some mushrooms,  green onions and green peppers with the meat. Usually chicken or seafood.  And throw in a packages of Shirataki noodles with the sauce. Makes a nice "pasta "  dinner. I cook for 2 , and use 1 package for the 2 of us.

Bourbon Sauce 8 serving Extravaganza

Does not count as a snack. Over the sodium limit

Ingredients
1 tb.sp minced garlic
1/2 tsp minced Ginger
1.5 tsp red chilli flakes
2/3 cup Xylitol or any sweetner
1/4 tsp  Xanthan Gum  for thicken the sauce

Mix these ingredients well in a microwavable bowl, then add
1 cup chicken stock
1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
1/3 cup Worecestershire Sauce
2 tb sp Cider Vinegar
4 tbsp  Guy's BBQ Sauce or approved ketchup
Microwave for 2 minutes to blend flavours. Pour in 5 containers with 2 servings.

I usually serve it on plan or fried cauliflower rice.

PEANUT OR SATAY EXTRAVAGANZA SAUCE 6 SERVING

Counts as a snack due to PB2. Over the limit of sodium

Ingredients
1/2cup PB2
1/4 CUP Worecestershire Sauce
1/4 cup Canola oil
1/4 chicken broth
3 tbsp Xylitol  or any sweetner
1 tb.sp minced Ginger
4 green onion finely minced
1 tsp red chilli flakes

Mix in a microwavable bowl and heat for 2 minutes to blend flavours.
Pour in 3 containers with 2 serving in it.

General TSO Extravaganza Sauce 6 servings

Just Micro wave bowl and just reuse for each batch to keep the mess minimum.

General TSO Sauce 6 servings
Does not count as a snack.  But pushes the limits of sodium. Adapted from Deb Spence's Recipe

1/2cup chicken or beef stock
2 tb.sp Worecestershire Sauce
2 tb.sp Light Soy Sauce
2 tb.sp  Cider or Wine Vinegar
2 tb.sp  Sesame Oil
1 tb.sp  dried Orange Peel (bulk Barn in spice section)
2 tb.sp minced Ginger
4 tbsp Xylitol or equivalent sweetner
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp  pepper pd
4 packages of Tru-Orange flavouring (ONS)optional
Mix in a microwavable bowl and heat for 2 minutes to blend flavours it.  Pour in appropriate container for the number of serving you will use. I create 3 container with 2 servings . 
I usually marinate my meat in the sauce for an hour or so.  Then take it out of the sauce, serving as much of it as possible.  I add the remaining sauce in the last 5 minutes as usual. You don't have to do this, but it's nice.  I usually use beef strips with the general TSO Sauce it reminds me of my favourite fish from Chinese restaurant.  SPICY ORANGE BEEF.  I usually serve it on plain or fried cauliflower rice.

Malai Kulfi 5 🌟

Malai Kulfi

Ingredients


2  cup evoporated milk

1 cup according to your sweetness add condensed milk 

2 cup heavy cream

1/4 tsp green cardimom seeds. make powder.


Mix all of these together .

Grind coarsely roasted nuts
1/4 cup roasted pistachio
1/4 cup roasted almonds
1/4 cup roasted cashew

Add chopped nuts.
Also add 1/4 tsp crushed  green cardimom seeds. 
Mix everything with spoon.  Pour in Kulfi container.
Set in freezer for one hour. Remove and mix it with back of spoon or butter knife.  Put it back and freeze again for one more hour. Remove and put stick in it .  This time freeze it for 4 to 5 hours or until fully set.

Dip in water if difficult to remove.

Chicken Bhuna Ghost with tomatoes


Ingredients 

500 grams /1/2 kilo chicken bone in cut in 8 pieces
1/4 cup Canola oil
3 tb sp fried onion
1 cup purree fresh tomatoes in chopper
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp to 1/2 tsp Half Salt (to taste)
Ginger garlic paste  1 1/2 tsp
Whole garam masala in which you need
1  black cardimom
1  clove
1  small piece of cinamon stick
2 whole black pepper

Method

In oil on medium heat add  chicken cubes,whole garam masala and ginger garlic paste.  Cook until meat is no more red.

Now add tomato paste, red chilli powder ,turmeric powder,  fried onion and half salt. Mix it and cook for 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup and cook until chicken is done.

Once chicken is done add Garam Masala powder and Kasoori meethi leaves cook for 2 minutes on very low heat. Once oil seperates. Bhuna Ghost is ready.

At the time of serving add chopped coriander and green chillies.  Optional.

Serve with Chapatti or Naan.

Salted Caramel Bread Loaf 2.5 carbs in whole loaf

Phase 1,2 AND 3

Atleast 4 slices in one serving or as a snack

15 SLICES in whole Loaf
2.5 net carbs in whole loaf
47 mg total sodium
6 g total fats from egg yolks

Tested: Soft, Fluffy less sweeter then Vanilla Bread.  Less eggy feeling. My first choice for sandwiches. Can toast .

Ingredients
6 egg whites
4 egg yolk beaten
1 scoop whey Diesel Salty  Caramel Protein powder 

 2 pinch half salt

1/2 tsp vanilla paste optional

Recipe 

With electric beater  ,  beat egg whites and half salt. Make sure no trace of egg yolk. 

Beat on high for 5 minutes no less then that. Until stiff.
Add beaten egg yolks, vanilla paste and protein powder. Blender 30 seconds.

Greased and dust loaf bread tin.
Pour bread mix in bread tin.
Bake it for 35 minutes at 350F or 160C.

Modified Vanilla Bread LOW CARB GLUTEN FREE BREAD

GLUTEN FREE BREAD  LESS THEN 4 GRAMS CARB IN WHOLE LOAF phase 1. Recipe created by Shehnaz Iqbal
VANILLA ALMOND BREAD

PHASE ONE (4 SLICES COUNT AS ONE SERVING or Snack)

 SLIVERED ALMOND IS ONLY FOR PHASE 2

16 slices in whole loaf

Modified Vanilla Bread

8  egg whites

4 egg yolks
1 1/2 SCOOPES VANILLA PROTEIN POWDER (DIESEL)
HALF SALT 1/4 TSP or less 
SLIVERED ALMOND 3 TB.SP for phase 2

Cinnamon powder 1 tsp  optional 


Beat egg whites for 5 minutes on high until stiff pick forms.  Add salt beat for 1 minute.


Add egg yolks, vanilla protein powder, cinamon powder and slivered almond, fold with spatula.

Grease bread loaf tin with canola oil and dust with carbquick or any low carb flour. Pour better in bread tin and bake at 350F/180C for 35 minutes

come out very soft and delicious. enjoy.

Carrot Cake With Butter Milk

Ingredients
3 cups shredded carrot
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 cups flour
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup canola oil
1 tsp pure vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon pd
1 cup sugar

1 tsp baking soda

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt 

Glazing

1/2  cup butter milk
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp light corn syrup

Mix all of the above ingredients ( eggs,sugar oil,vanilla, ) beat until creamy.
Add flour and cinnamon pd  in three batches.
With Spatula mix walnuts , shredded carrots
And mix well.
Greased round cake pan and pour cake mix.
Bake at 350F or 180C for 60 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean.

Glazing
Bring all ingredients to boiling point but do not boil.
Glazed it once cake is completely cool.
Let glazed soak properly before you serve.

Sooo Good. 30 years old recipe

Butter Scotch Pudding

2 packs of butter scotch pudding jello
3 sachet Dream whipped powder
Gram cracker or Marie biscuits.

Whipped dream whip. Keep aside
Make butter scotch and keep aside.

In Pyrex tray. Layer whole biscuits brush with milk and sugar syrup.

2nd layer
Butter Scotch Pudding
3rd layer
Whipped cream

Repeat the same 2nd time.

Decorate on top with shaved chocolate.

Cover with cling paper.

Keep in fridge until serve.

Brownies Family Recipe

1/2cup butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cake flour
1/2 tsp vanilla pure
1/4 cup  dutch cocoa powder
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Mix sugar butter & eggs in blender like cake.
Add flour , cocoa powder and vanilla and mix with Spatula or in the blender

Bake at 350F or 180 C for 20-25 Minutes.

After baking put Betty cracker french chocolate frosting on hot brownies.

Let it cool & then cut into square cubes.

So good.

Sweet Crepes

3 eggs
2 tbsp sugar
13/4 cup milk room temperature
1 cup flour
1 tsp pure vanilla
5 tb.sp melted butter cooled to room temperature
Pinch of salt

First mix all dry in seperate bowl
Now mix all wet in seperate bowl

Pour slowly wet into dry and make sure there will be no lumps.

Pour a thin film of batter into a small hot buttered nonstick pan. Cook on medium heat.

Cook until set, then flip and cook 30 more seconds.

Serve with ice cream,  chocolate syrup, pan cake syrup, strawberry syrup, whipped cream etc.

Shami Kebab Reshey Daar

Ingredients
1 kg 100 % lean cubed beef  (Rang)
300 grams chaana daal soak for 30 mins
15 nos dry red chillies long one
12 nos garlic cloves
1/4 CUP ginger cubed
1 tsp Black pepper whole
3 nos Black cardimom
12 nos Clove
8 nos cinnamon sticks
1 tbsp white cumin
1 tbsp Black cumin
1/2 tsp jyfal pd (nut meg )
1/2 tsp javetri powder  (mace )
Whole Corriander
10 nos bay leaves
Half salt
1 tb sp Ajino moto
Note: Do not add salt in start. Once daal is half done then add salt.

Add enough water in pot . Put everything in meat and daal and cook until it's done. No more water left in meat and daal.
Let it cool down
Chop in chopper machine until nicely mixed and turn into kind of thick paste.

Remove in bowl add chopped fresh Corriander and chopped green chillies.

And freeze it at this stage by making circle Patti.

If cooking. Then shallow try in oil by dipping in beaten egg.

Serve with pitta. Or burger bun.

Fry Fish Family Recipe

Pan fried fish (phase 1)

Fish: Cat fish, Milk fish, Surmai fish, Cream fish. Or any one of your choice.

1 kg Fish in slices (1" thickness for fish)
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 Tsp  half salt or to taste
1 tb sp red chilli powder  (hot)
1 tb sp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp white cumin powder

Clean wash and dry fish.
Marinate fish in lemon juice for 10 minutes.
Mix all dry ingredients together and apply on fish.  Coat it very well.  
Keep in fridge for 1 hour.
Shallow fry on medium heat. Turn after every 2 minutes.
Fish will be ready in 10 minutes.

Loose body Fats in 5 days

Drink everyday after breakfast and after dinner.

Ingredients
1/4 cup mint leaves
1 tbsp green tea or 3 tea bags
1 tbsp shah zeera (caraway seeds)
1 tbsp  fresh ginger chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Honey in one cup optional
4 mugs of water

Boil all of the above except honey , together for 5 minutes and drink it. Save rest for next day.

Chicken Curry Family Recipe

With Yogurt

1 kg chicken bone in cut in 16 pcs
100  grams beaten yogurt
1/2 Cup oil
150 grams sliced onion or 3 tbsp fried onion
1 tbsp Ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp green chilli paste
1/2 tbsp cumin powder
2 tbsp dry Kasoori meethi leaves
3/4 tbsp half salt
1 tbsp  Chinese salt (optional)
1 tbsp  Kashmiri red chilli pd
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp  jyfal powder  ( nut meg)
1/4 tsp javetri powder  (mace)

For Garnishing

Chopped Corriander leaves and chopped green chillies use the one not spicy.
1/2 tbsp  basic garam masala powder

RECIPE

On high heat ight brown onion. Reduce heat to medium and add ginger garlic and chilli paste. Cook for 2 minutes.  Add beaten yogurt keep stirring for 2 minutes. Add chicken mix well, cook for 5  minutes.
Now add all dry powders , mix well and cook for 2 minutes  until oil seperates.
Add one glass of water cover and cook for 2 minutes. Add Kasoori meethi leaves and Chinese salt  cook for 1 minute only.
Now cover and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes or until chicken is ready. Once chicken is ready. Lower the flame . On very low 1/3 flame do not cover,   cook it for 2 minutes.  This will seperate oil from meat. 

At the time of  serving  decorate with garam masala pd, green chilies and Corriander chopped.

Serve with pita naan roti.

Dum ka ghosht 5 star

Dum Ka Gosht

                                                               

Ingredients:
1.     Mutton- 500 gm
2.     Almonds powder- 50 gm
3.     Malai- 200 gm
4.     Garlic ginger paste-2 tsp
5.     Green chilli paste- 1 tsp
6.     Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
7.     Salt- 1 tsp
8.     Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
9.     Coriander-2 bunches
10.   Mint leaves- few
11.   Lemon- ¼
12.   Shazira powder- ½ tsp
13.  Elaichi powder- ½ tsp
14.  Oil- 100 gm
Method:
Pour oil in a vessel. When oil heats and mutton, garlic ginger paste, red chilli powder, green chili paste, salt, turmeric powder and stir till water of mutton dries.
Now add almond powder, malai, shazira powder, elaichi powder and mix well.
Now add water and cook till meat turns tender.
Now add coriander, mint and lemon and stir till water dries and oil gets separated.
Dum Ka Gosht is ready.

Hyderabadi red dum ka mutton

Red dum chicken or mutton.

Chicken 1 kg
Dahi half cup
Tomato ketchup half cup
Chilli garlic sauce 2 to 3 tbsp
Vinegqr 1 tbsp
Almonds handful grind into powder.
Salt
kashmiri red chilli pd 2 tsp full heaped.
Pinch of bush colour.
Kasturi methi 1 tbsp
Garam masala 1 tsp levelled
Pinch of sugar
Marinate chicken with all ingredients n keep for 15 mins.
In a vessel add oil generously. Add one big onion fine chopped.saute till it turns golden .then add chicken to it chicken to it.
Cook on high flame till it changes its colour.then put it to simmer till chicken cooks well n oil floats on top.then add crushed kasturi methi.garam masala.to it. Add a pinch of sugar to it. It's yummy. Mostly prepared in weddings.

Fish Curry made with yogurt 5 🌟

Fish Curry

Choose fish from:
Pirot fish, grouper,  talapia,  Raho, salmon, King fish, Khad
Total cooking time 15  to 20 mins

Ingredients 

1 Kg fish cut in slices
11/2 tb.sp red  chilli powder
1 tb.sp Kashmiri pd
1 tsp half salt or to taste
1 tsp  Heldi pd  (turmeric )
1 tb.sp Ajino moto  (Chinese salt)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp  Corriander powder
150 grams yogurt  ( 4 tbsp )
1/2 tsp Basic Garam Masala pd .
1 tbsp Kasoori meethi
12 nos Curry leaves 
1/4 tsp Meethi seeds (mustard seeds)
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp ginger  paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
150 grams sliced oniion( fry it . Keep aside  )


In hot oil add onion and brown it. remove and keep a side.

In same oil add meethi daana seeds. cook till nice aroma comes and light brown in color ,  close stove wait for 2 minutes .Now add ginger garlic paste saute it for few seconds. open stove on medium flame let it cook for 1 minute . Add beaten yogurt .  keep stirring, cook for 2 minutes .  Add curry leaves all dry spices and cook for 2 minutes .  Now add fried onion and cook for 1 minute. 

Add fish cook for 2 minutes.

Add Garam Masala powder , with 1/2 glass of water cook for 5 minutes. 

Add Kasoori meethi leaves cook for 2 minutes.

ADD lemon juice and serve with plan rice.

Beef Kofta

Beef koftey.

1 kg beef mince.
Keep aside.
In a chopper add 3 medium sized onions and chop fine. Separate half of it.
In the same chopper with the onions add
1 bunch coriander,
2 Green chillies,
ginger garlic paste 2 tsp,
chilli powder 1 tsp,
coriander 2 tsp,
garam masala 1 tsp,
2 tbsp roasted besan,
2 tbsp khas khas powder.
Give it a whisk . Mix this in the mince and make the kofta.

Heat 3/4 cup oil , add the chopped onions, Fry till golden brown along with khada garam masala. Add chilli , coriander powder ,Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp. Yoghurt 3/4 cup. Cook until oil separates. Add kofta and some water. Adjust seasoning.

Daal Kachori Pakistani Authentic Food

Daal kchori
FOR DOUGH:
Flour 2 cups
Clarified Butter 2 tbsp
Oil to fry
Salt to taste
FOR FILLING:
Boiled Gram Lentil 1 cup
Roasted Cumin 1 tbsp
Whole Red Chilies 5-6
Salt to taste
Water for  need
METHOD:
Take a mixing bowl and add in 2 cups flours, 2 tbsp clarified butter and some salt. Mix it well add water and knit the dough. Chop together 1 cup boiled gram lentil, 1 tbsp roasted and crushed cumin, 5-6 whole red chilies and some salt in the chopper. Make small balls of the dough and fill in grinded gram lentil and leave it for some time. Roll them and fry them at a low flame. When fried serve them with chutney

Dark Chocolate Coffee Muffin low Carb phase 1

Phase 1: one Muffin is ok as Snack

1 batch will make 12 Muffins 

Tested : Fluffy, Soft  smell good and very delicious

Test better next day.  5 Star

Recipe

3 tb.sp Dutched unsweetened  cocoa powder

1 1/2 scoop whey chocolate protein isolate powder 

1/4 cup Stevia  or 1/2 cup to taste

3 large eggs
1/2 Cup olive oil /Canola Oil or Sunflower Oil 
1/2 cup plus little more water room temperature
1 tb.sp. Instant Coffee
3 tb.sp. chocolate chip ONS Aprroved  plus 1 tb sp for topping
I tb sp of Guar gum
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1 cup Carbquick flour

In bowl oil eggs and stevia .  beat it until creamy. now pour water and  instant coffee  mix it well.

Mix all dry ingredients together and add in three batches. keep whisking .  make sure there will be no lumps. now add 3 table spoon of chocolate chip in and fold. scoop in greased muffin tray .  Sprinkle three chocolate chip on each muffin if they are big. 


Bake at 350F/ 160C for 30 minutes.


Let it cool remove from muffin tray . and enjoy one as a snack for phase 1.

Strawberries and Chia Jam low carb phase 2

Recipe
350 grams frozen strawberries
1 tb.sp stevia or 4 packs
1 tb.sp chia seeds. Soak in water for 10 to 15 minutes

ON STOVE
In pot add sluced or chopped strawberries and stevia.   Let it cook until all water disappears. Remove white scum on top if any. Once you see no more scum then  add soaked chia and cool until everything mix well and become thick.

Remove from stove. Let it cool. Store in airtight container or bottle and keep in fridge.

Jam is ready to Serve
Very tasty.

Brownies phase 2 by Shehnaz creation


Note: 1 net carb in one brownie for phase 1

Ingredients

1 cup Almond flour
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Half Salt
3/4 cup Splenda or Stevia
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup Almond milk
4 Oz chopped unsweetened baking chocolate
2  tsp vanilla
4 beaten large eggs

Phase 2
3 tb.sp chopped walnuts
Pre heat oven at 350
Cake pan 9x13

Whisk Almond flour, baking powder,  half salt,  Splenda in medium bowl . Add oil and chocolate in microwave,  stirring every 30 seconds. Add one at a time eggs and vanilla slowly in chocolate mixture,  stir rapidly so egg's don't scramble.   Stir in flour mixture and mix well. Add nuts for phase 2

Pour into greased pan. Spread evenly. Bake
For 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean from the center.
Note: top maybe bubbly or greasy looking but that will all absorb into the brownies as it cools.   Cool on wire rack before cutting.

If making with frosting .   Can only make for family and friends who are not on dieting. Still sharing recipe for Frosting

2 Oz softened cream cheese
1/3 cup heavy cream
2 tb.sp soft unsalted butter
2 tb.sp unsweetened chocolate
3 tb.sp Splenda or Stevia

Melt chocolate and butter in microwave.  Mix well. Add heavy cream slowly. Mix well. Add beaten cream cheese and Splenda. 

Pour on top of brownies.

Chocolate chip Cinnamon Muffin. Recipe created by Shehnaz Iqbal

Note : taste better next day.
Results: Soft and Fluffy. Smells good.

INGREDIENTS
Carbquick or gluten free flour 1 cup
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Baking powder  1 tsp
1 tb sp  Guar gum or Xanthan gum
Eggs 3
Cinnamon pd 1 tb.sp
Chocolate Isolate Protein Powder  1 and half  scoops
Olive Oil 1/2 cup
Water room temperature 1/2 cup
Chocolate Chip NSA approved 3 tb.sp +1 tb.sp 
Will make 12 Muffins

Recipe
Whip egg white for 5 minutes on high.  Keep aside.

In seperate bowl add oil, egg yolks, water, vanilla paste, protein powder,  and Cinnamon powder. Mix well until creamy and no lumps.
Now add flour,  baking powder ,baking soda and  Guar gum, mix it well.  Make thick batter like cake batter.
Now fold egg whites and 3 tsp of chocolate chip.
Greased muffin tray with oil and dust with carbquick.  Pour one scoop in each muffin circle. Sprinkle with few chocolate chip.
BAKE at 160C for 20 to 25 minutes in pre heated oven.
Remove. Let it cool completely. 

Take it out from muffin tray and put in airtight container. Save in fridge. 

Enjoy.

Special Nihari by sheni 5 🌟

Ingredients 


Beef 1kg large cut Marrow Bones 1kg


Salt to taste ot 1 tsp to start with 
Crushed Red Chilli  2 tsp or red chilli powder 
Kashmiri red chilli pd 2 tsp
Heldi pd  1/4 tsp
Dry ginger 2 large pcs  (Soonth ) 2tb.sp
Long pepper (pipli) 4 pcs
Star Anise 2 pcs
Carom seeds 1/2 tsp  (ajwain)
Nut Meg pd 1/2 tsp
Mace pd 1/2 tsp
Black pepper  1/2 tsp
Black Cumin  1/2 tsp
White Cumin  1/2 tsp
Cardamom green 5 pcs  
Fennel seeds 3tb.sp. (soonf)
Cloves 6 pcs
Cinnamon sticks 2pcs of 1"

Anar daana powder 1 tsp

Bay leaves 2 pcs

Coriander 2 tsp

Make powder and Stove in cool place.

Ginger garlic paste 2 tb.sp

 Add in meat

Oil 2 1/2 cups
Flour 1/2 cup
Water as required

Nihari Special Garam Masala for sprinkle over Nihari. 


Long spices 3 pcs peepli
White cumin 2  tb.sp
Black pepper  1 tb.sp
Large cardimom  1 to 2 pcs (black)
Cloves  8 pcs
Cinnamon sticks 1/5 inch

Make powder and store in a bottle
Sprinkle on top of Nihari at the time of serving.  It will enhance the favor

Garnishing
Ginger Julian cut
Green chillies
Corriander chopped
Lemon cut into four

Method
Wash meat and bone marrow.  Heat oil in pan, put meat, bone marrow and ginger garlic paste.  Roast for 3 to 4 mins

Add Nihari pd according too your taste.  

First cook on high flame. Lower the flame when boiled.   Cover and cook for 4 hours.   When meat is tender and tari (oil seperates) , remove tari in separate bowl.  

 Dissolve flour in two glass water and strain out any lumps. As if Nihari is thoroughly cooked , add flour water and mix well.  Lower  the flame when it simmers let it cook until thickened.   When Nihari is thick, nihari is ready.

Either pour tari all over the Nihari or add it to each plate you serve.

Sprinkle Nihari special Garam Masala while serving,  also garnish with ginger juilian cut, green chillies  and lemon

Note
Boil brain with crushed garlic and turmeric for 5 mins and then clean it's viens.
When Nihari is ready,  put brain in the pan and cook for 10 mins. Then remove brain and add while you serve.
