4 no cubes turnips
6 nos round or cubed carrots
2 nos cubed potatoes
1 cup green peas
1 cup cauliflower
2 medium chopped onion
2 nos large tomatoes chopped
4 cut into had green chillies
Garam masala powder and salt to taste
1/4 cup oil
Special garam masala
10-12 dry red chillies
1 tb.dp meethi daana
1 tb.sp White zeera
Whole Corriander optional
In oil saute onion gor few seconds. Add chopped tomatoes. Cook for 1 minute.
Now add turnips, carrots and cook for 5 minutes.
Add cauliflower, peas, potatoes, salt , garam masala and green chillies. Cook on low till tender.
At the time of serving again add special garam masala as Garnishing. This will enhance the vegetable flavor.
Serve with Roti
