2 kg Qeema with fats
150 grams fresh chopped ginger
2 medium yellow onion
80 grams hot green chillies
1 bunch cilantro chopped
3 tb. Sp salt
4 tb.sp Ajino moto
1 tb.sp red chilli powder
2 tbsp crushed red chilli flakes
2 tb.sp basic garam masala powder
1 tb.sp ajwain ground
2 tb.sp Corriander powder
In food processor add everything mix well.
