Chapli Kebob Masala

Grind Coarsely

2 tb.sp White zeera
2 tb.sp crushed Corriander
1/2 tsp soonf roast and crushed
2 tb.sp Crushed Anar daana optional
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
1 tsp chaat masala powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp  ginger powder
1/2 tsp Black salt
1 tsp salt

When making chapli Kebob at that time add corn flour in the meat with these masala.

Put in airtight container.  Is good for one year.
