Pan fried fish (phase 1)
Fish: Cat fish, Milk fish, Surmai fish, Cream fish. Or any one of your choice.
1 kg Fish in slices (1" thickness for fish)
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 Tsp half salt or to taste
1 tb sp red chilli powder (hot)
1 tb sp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp white cumin powder
Clean wash and dry fish.
Marinate fish in lemon juice for 10 minutes.
Mix all dry ingredients together and apply on fish. Coat it very well.
Keep in fridge for 1 hour.
Shallow fry on medium heat. Turn after every 2 minutes.
Fish will be ready in 10 minutes.
