Dum Ka Gosht
Ingredients:
1. Mutton- 500 gm
2. Almonds powder- 50 gm
3. Malai- 200 gm
4. Garlic ginger paste-2 tsp
5. Green chilli paste- 1 tsp
6. Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
7. Salt- 1 tsp
8. Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
9. Coriander-2 bunches
10. Mint leaves- few
11. Lemon- ¼
12. Shazira powder- ½ tsp
13. Elaichi powder- ½ tsp
14. Oil- 100 gm
Method:
Pour oil in a vessel. When oil heats and mutton, garlic ginger paste, red chilli powder, green chili paste, salt, turmeric powder and stir till water of mutton dries.
Now add almond powder, malai, shazira powder, elaichi powder and mix well.
Now add water and cook till meat turns tender.
Now add coriander, mint and lemon and stir till water dries and oil gets separated.
Dum Ka Gosht is ready.
