Strawberries and Chia Jam low carb phase 2

Recipe
350 grams frozen strawberries
1 tb.sp stevia or 4 packs
1 tb.sp chia seeds. Soak in water for 10 to 15 minutes

ON STOVE
In pot add sluced or chopped strawberries and stevia.   Let it cook until all water disappears. Remove white scum on top if any. Once you see no more scum then  add soaked chia and cool until everything mix well and become thick.

Remove from stove. Let it cool. Store in airtight container or bottle and keep in fridge.

Jam is ready to Serve
Very tasty.
