Ingredients
1 tb.sp minced garlic
1/2 tsp minced Ginger
1.5 tsp red chilli flakes
2/3 cup Xylitol or any sweetner
1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum for thicken the sauce
Mix these ingredients well in a microwavable bowl, then add
1 cup chicken stock
1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
1/3 cup Worecestershire Sauce
2 tb sp Cider Vinegar
4 tbsp Guy's BBQ Sauce or approved ketchup
Microwave for 2 minutes to blend flavours. Pour in 5 containers with 2 servings.
I usually serve it on plan or fried cauliflower rice.
