3 eggs
2 tbsp sugar
13/4 cup milk room temperature
1 cup flour
1 tsp pure vanilla
5 tb.sp melted butter cooled to room temperature
Pinch of salt
First mix all dry in seperate bowl
Now mix all wet in seperate bowl
Pour slowly wet into dry and make sure there will be no lumps.
Pour a thin film of batter into a small hot buttered nonstick pan. Cook on medium heat.
Cook until set, then flip and cook 30 more seconds.
Serve with ice cream, chocolate syrup, pan cake syrup, strawberry syrup, whipped cream etc.
