Ingredients
500 grams /1/2 kilo chicken bone in cut in 8 pieces
1/4 cup Canola oil
3 tb sp fried onion
1 cup purree fresh tomatoes in chopper
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp to 1/2 tsp Half Salt (to taste)
Ginger garlic paste 1 1/2 tsp
Whole garam masala in which you need
1 black cardimom
1 clove
1 small piece of cinamon stick
2 whole black pepper
Method
In oil on medium heat add chicken cubes,whole garam masala and ginger garlic paste. Cook until meat is no more red.
Now add tomato paste, red chilli powder ,turmeric powder, fried onion and half salt. Mix it and cook for 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup and cook until chicken is done.
Once chicken is done add Garam Masala powder and Kasoori meethi leaves cook for 2 minutes on very low heat. Once oil seperates. Bhuna Ghost is ready.
At the time of serving add chopped coriander and green chillies. Optional.
Serve with Chapatti or Naan.
