Sambharo

1.5 cup shredded cabbage
1 large Julian cut carrot
8-10 pcs green chillies
3 tb sp oil
1.5 tsp mustard seeds. (Rai)
1 tsp half salt
1 pinch hing
1.5 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
6-8 curry leaves

In cabbage and carrot add salt and turmeric powder . Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes squeeze cabbage and remove all excess water out.

In pan add oil hest up the oil.
Now add mustard seeds , hing,  curry leaves,  green chillies and saute for 1 minutes.

Add carrot and cabbage .  Cook for 5 -10 minutes.

Serve with Chapatti, roti.
