1 cup boiled chick peas
3 boiled potatoes. Cut 2 into small cubes and mash one
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
5 nos whole black pepper
1/4 tsp half salt
1 pinch kaloonji (onion seeds)
1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp Corriander powder
2 tb.sp Oil
1 cup water
In pot add all if the above ingredients. Cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
Now add
1/4 tsp onion seeds
1 pinch soda
1/2 tsp mixed pickle
Cook for 2 minutes. Choley is ready to Serve with roti.
