Drink everyday after breakfast and after dinner.
Ingredients
1/4 cup mint leaves
1 tbsp green tea or 3 tea bags
1 tbsp shah zeera (caraway seeds)
1 tbsp fresh ginger chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Honey in one cup optional
4 mugs of water
Boil all of the above except honey , together for 5 minutes and drink it. Save rest for next day.
