Modified Vanilla Bread LOW CARB GLUTEN FREE BREAD

VANILLA ALMOND BREAD

PHASE ONE (4 SLICES COUNT AS ONE SERVING or Snack)

 SLIVERED ALMOND IS ONLY FOR PHASE 2

16 slices in whole loaf

Modified Vanilla Bread

8  egg whites

4 egg yolks
1 1/2 SCOOPES VANILLA PROTEIN POWDER (DIESEL)
HALF SALT 1/4 TSP or less 
SLIVERED ALMOND 3 TB.SP for phase 2

Cinnamon powder 1 tsp  optional 


Beat egg whites for 5 minutes on high until stiff pick forms.  Add salt beat for 1 minute.


Add egg yolks, vanilla protein powder, cinamon powder and slivered almond, fold with spatula.

Grease bread loaf tin with canola oil and dust with carbquick or any low carb flour. Pour better in bread tin and bake at 350F/180C for 35 minutes

come out very soft and delicious. enjoy.
