Carrot Cake With Butter Milk

Ingredients
3 cups shredded carrot
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 cups flour
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup canola oil
1 tsp pure vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon pd
1 cup sugar

1 tsp baking soda

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt 

Glazing

1/2  cup butter milk
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp light corn syrup

Mix all of the above ingredients ( eggs,sugar oil,vanilla, ) beat until creamy.
Add flour and cinnamon pd  in three batches.
With Spatula mix walnuts , shredded carrots
And mix well.
Greased round cake pan and pour cake mix.
Bake at 350F or 180C for 60 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean.

Glazing
Bring all ingredients to boiling point but do not boil.
Glazed it once cake is completely cool.
Let glazed soak properly before you serve.
