Dahi Bara Sheni special

Maash daal 1 cup soak for 2 hours to 4 hours
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp green chillies

Grind everything to a fine paste

Shallow fry in oil.

Soak in water.  Dip in salted or sweet yogurt
Sprinkle crushed red chilli ,red chilli powder  chopped fresh Corriander and green chillies.  Or chaat masala

Serve with emli chutney, chopped onion, boiled chick peas,  boiled potatoes.  Chopped Corriander leaves and green chillies.
