Fish Curry made with yogurt 5 🌟

Fish Curry

Choose fish from:
Pirot fish, grouper,  talapia,  Raho, salmon, King fish, Khad
Total cooking time 15  to 20 mins

Ingredients 

1 Kg fish cut in slices
11/2 tb.sp red  chilli powder
1 tb.sp Kashmiri pd
1 tsp half salt or to taste
1 tsp  Heldi pd  (turmeric )
1 tb.sp Ajino moto  (Chinese salt)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp  Corriander powder
150 grams yogurt  ( 4 tbsp )
1/2 tsp Basic Garam Masala pd .
1 tbsp Kasoori meethi
12 nos Curry leaves 
1/4 tsp Meethi seeds (mustard seeds)
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp ginger  paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
150 grams sliced oniion( fry it . Keep aside  )


In hot oil add onion and brown it. remove and keep a side.

In same oil add meethi daana seeds. cook till nice aroma comes and light brown in color ,  close stove wait for 2 minutes .Now add ginger garlic paste saute it for few seconds. open stove on medium flame let it cook for 1 minute . Add beaten yogurt .  keep stirring, cook for 2 minutes .  Add curry leaves all dry spices and cook for 2 minutes .  Now add fried onion and cook for 1 minute. 

Add fish cook for 2 minutes.

Add Garam Masala powder , with 1/2 glass of water cook for 5 minutes. 

Add Kasoori meethi leaves cook for 2 minutes.

ADD lemon juice and serve with plan rice.
