Brownies phase 2 by Shehnaz creation


Note: 1 net carb in one brownie for phase 1

Ingredients

1 cup Almond flour
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Half Salt
3/4 cup Splenda or Stevia
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup Almond milk
4 Oz chopped unsweetened baking chocolate
2  tsp vanilla
4 beaten large eggs

Phase 2
3 tb.sp chopped walnuts
Pre heat oven at 350
Cake pan 9x13

Whisk Almond flour, baking powder,  half salt,  Splenda in medium bowl . Add oil and chocolate in microwave,  stirring every 30 seconds. Add one at a time eggs and vanilla slowly in chocolate mixture,  stir rapidly so egg's don't scramble.   Stir in flour mixture and mix well. Add nuts for phase 2

Pour into greased pan. Spread evenly. Bake
For 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean from the center.
Note: top maybe bubbly or greasy looking but that will all absorb into the brownies as it cools.   Cool on wire rack before cutting.

If making with frosting .   Can only make for family and friends who are not on dieting. Still sharing recipe for Frosting

2 Oz softened cream cheese
1/3 cup heavy cream
2 tb.sp soft unsalted butter
2 tb.sp unsweetened chocolate
3 tb.sp Splenda or Stevia

Melt chocolate and butter in microwave.  Mix well. Add heavy cream slowly. Mix well. Add beaten cream cheese and Splenda. 

Pour on top of brownies.
