PARATHA WITH WHEAT FLOUR SFM

Paratha flatbread

270g.       Atta flour / Bread flour 
140g.       Water 
60g.         Discard 
4g.            Salt 
12g.          Veg oil

Dissolve discard in water with a spatula 

Add in flour, salt & oil - mix well 

Hand knead in the bowl for 2 mins. Cover & rest 30 mins

Knead again until smooth. 

Divide into 4 balls. Cover & proof until double in size in a tray lightly greased with oil.

Use a rolling pin to flatten & spread Ghee oil / butter & roll & shape. Cover & rest 30 mins

Flatten into thin sheet. 

Lightly greased the heated frying pan with butter, cook both sides until golden color.
