Keri Nu Achar

Methia keri nu athanu.. yummy 😋 with so many things..

My recipe for methia keri nu athanu.
Made with six small kachi Keri.
Wash the keri dry them and slightly slit them from the middle...in a mixing bowl put one tablespoon of salt and one tablespoon of haldi.... Gently take the seeds out of the keris and stuff the haldi and salt in all the keris cover it with thin cloth and leave it overnight...in a mixing bowl put two tablespoons of dried methi and soak it in Luke warm water and leave it overnight..
Next day strain the water out of the methi and keri dry it on thin cloth ( not in sun) let it dry whole day in the room temperature..
While they are drying....
in cooking pot add about one cereal bowl of oil and heat once heated keep it aside
Once the methi is dried take a mixing bowl and put the dried methi,four tablespoons of achar masala, two tablespoons of Rai na kuria splitted mustard seeds and one tablespoon of oil mix it well together and stuff it gently in the keris then put in the glass jar and the oil that has been heated and cooled down...store it in the fridge....( Sorry for any mistakes please let me know if you have any problems while making it will try to help you out.)
