Batakiya or waghareli Roti 5 Stars

Vaghareli rotli 😋 who likes it?

My Recipe for vaghareli rotli.( i made it with leftovers rotlis)
1 small onion chop it finely keep it aside.
in a mixing bowl add
 2 cups of not too sour or not too sweet plain yogurt 
1 tablespoon of besan flour 
4  glass of water and blend it well with the blender once done keep it aside.

Now take a medium size cooking pot heat it once heated add 
2 level tablespoon of oil once the Oil is heated add

 little bit of rai, 
cumin seeds once they crackle add
 pinch of hing lower the heat 
add chopped onion 
garlic ginger and chilli paste to taste cook until light golden brown 
now add the mixture of yogurt once you put the yogurt mixer keep on string till it comes to boil on medium heat..

once boiled lower the heat add 1 teaspoon of gor jaggery, 
half teaspoon of haldi, 
one teaspoon of dhana jiru
 little bit of chilli powder, 
salt to taste 
And  Finley cut rotlis in little pieces and add that as well and little bit of fresh chopped dhana coriander leaves let all boil on lower heat till it starts to become thick usually it takes about fifteen minutes...
