instant Idli

1cup rawa
half cup curd
half tsp salt
+a pinch of sugar.

 Mix well. Add warm water to adjust consistency.
Keep aside for   at least 15 mins. 

Add finely chopped veggies, curry leaves, pepper, cashews, mustard seeds etc according to your taste.

Boil 2cups water in a pressure cooker.
Grease the idli moulds.

Add 1 tsp eno to the batter and mix well but don't overmix
Pour into the moulds and carefully place the idli stand inside the cooker. 

Water should be boiling. Place the lid without weight and steam on high gas for 8to10 mins. 
Open immediately and let the moulds cool.
Serve with chutney or saute with chopped veggies to make fried idli.
