1/2 c. Butter
4 oz cream cheese
2 c. Heavy cream
1 1/2 c Parmesan
Garlic (about 2 cloves minced)
Dash of cayenne
Dash of parsley
Salt and pepper to taste.
It’s amazing. Yes people get fired up about cream cheese in Alfredo sauce, but it adds a ton of flavor and creaminess. it’s super easy. Try it.
