Wheat and white bread half and half

Half and half bread in bread machine

Ingredients

2cup warm milk or water
3 Tbsp. Soft unsalted butter
2 tbsp milk powder
2 tbsp sugar or honey 3 tbsp
11/2tsp salt
2 cups white flour
2 cups wheat flour
2 tbsp gluten flour
11/2 tsp yeast (bread machine)
If using active dry /quick rise yeast then 2tsp 

Measure ingredients in the order listed into baking pan

Insert baking pan over chamber,  Close lid.

Select basic bread setting.

Select medium crust.

Press start.  Will take 3.50 hours.
2pound bread

Completion will deep sounds.

Remove on wire rack and let it cool completely before slicing.
