Seekh kebob must try 5 🌟


Qeema Chicken Thigh with fat: 1.5 kg
Yellow onion finely  chopped: 1.5 cups
Chopped Corriander : 1/2  bunch
Fine Chopped Ginger: 2 tbsp
Fine Chopped Green chili: 2 Tbsp
Salt: 1 Tbsp
Red Chili Powder: 1/2  tbsp
Crushed Pepper: 1/2  Tbsp
Garam Masala powder : 1 Tbsp
Jyfal powder: 1/2 Tsp
Javetri Powder: 1/2 Tsp
Orange Food Color  1/4 Tbsp

M8x everything together. Make seekh kebob in wooden stick. Keep a side

Shallow fry in frying pan.

Serve with Paratha and chutney.
