CHALLSH BREAD FROM SFM FLOUR 5 stars

Dump flour on  counter and make a volcano in  center and add sugar,yeast and salt.  Beat Two 🥚🥚 in a bowl add to four with oil, mix with hands real good.
🌺Then in middle slowly add the water💦 , incorporating flour little at a time till  you use all your water .
Then kneed dough at least 10 min, till smooth and elastic texture . 🌹1st Proof,
Shape dough put in oiled bowl , cover let proof 2hrs till doubled .
After two hour rise punch 🥊dough  down several times, remove from bowl split dough into round balls depending on how many braids you want to make each bread, evenly divide your dough ,roll them out into little balls put them on a bake sheet cover and let them rise for 1/2  hour. 2nd Proof.🌸.              Next 
Now roll dough into rope like pieces , 3 braids 24” ea approx , 
Tuck ends under if you want bigger ends , thats what I did .  When braids are done , cover , let proof 🌺3rd time, about 1 hr. =Then 🥚egg wash , I used the whole egg, or  you can just use the egg white makes it shinny .  Do egg 🥚 wash twice , before you put in oven . Then if you’d like you can sprinkle some sesame seeds or poppyseeds on top of the egg wash  they’ll stick to the 🥚 wash. Then it’s time to bake.🍞
Bake 350  25-30 min done when temp is 200, till golden brown . 🍞😋😋🤗
