Beef Qeema smoked with Coal
- Ingredients:
- 1 kg Beef mince
- 1 cup Oil
- 3-4 Tomatoes (sliced)
- 1 cup Onion (chopped)
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 2 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 & 1/2 tbsp Chili flakes
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- Coriander for garnish
- Coal for smoke
- Directions:
- In a pot heat oil, add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- Then add mince and mix it for 3 to 4 minutes, then add salt, turmeric, red chili powder, chili flakes, water, cover it and cook until oil separates.
- Then add garam masala powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and mix it well.
- Add yogurt and cook until water dries out.
- Then add tomatoes, chilies and cover the lid for 30 seconds.
- In end put a foil cup in pot, place hot coal, drizzle oil on top and smoke your dish.
- Your BBQ keema is ready to serve.
