You need 11/2 pounds 90% or 95% lean keema
Green onions chopped one bunch
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Red chilies powder 1/4 tsp
Ginger/Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green masala. 1 tbsp
Salt as per taste
One Egg 1 egg
Yogurt 3-4 tbsp
Mix everything together and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Then make small balls and air fryer at 350F for about 7 minutes then turn other side and cook 3 more minutes.
Green Chatney for kabobs.
One bunch cilantro
1 to 2 green chilies
1 tomatoes
Little bit salt
4 to 5 tbsp lemon juice
4 to 5 tbsp lemon juice
Blend everything together. very tasty Chutney.
