Chicken Sheekh Kebob


RECIPE
Chicken Thigh Qeema with fat: 3 lbs
Yellow onion fine chopped: 1.5 cups
Chopped Cilantro: 2/3 bunch
Fine Chopped Ginger: 2 tbsp
Fine Chopped Green chili: 2 Tbsp
Salt: 1 Tbsp
Red Chili Powder: 3/4 tbsp
Crushed Pepper: 3/4 Tbsp
Basic Garam Masalah: 1 Tbsp
Jyfal powder: 1/2 Tsp
Javetri Powder: 1/2 Tsp
Orange Food Color(Optional) 1/4 Tbsp
